At-Home Drop Off

Service Description

During an At-Home Drop Off we will work with your schedule to figure out the best time to Drop Off your scooter or other PEV. The charge for a Pick Up and Drop Off is a variable rate based on the cost of an Uber at the time of Pick Up or Drop Off. The cost of Pick Up and/or Drop Off will be added to the total cost of Repair and/or Diagnosis.

Cancellation Policy

A Storefront Convenience charge in Edina ($15), in order to cover the cost of travel, may be applied to your Drop Off. A Drop Off at our North Saint Paul Workshop does not have a convenience charge. If you fail to respond or accept a Quote/Invoice within 72 hours, a STORAGE FEE of $5 PER DAY will be applied, beginning the day you Dropped Off. If a scooter is not picked up, or you do not respond, within 14 days of being invoiced or quoted your scooter will be put in storage and listed for sale. Please contact us 24 hours in advance otherwise $10 will be added to your total. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied to your Invoice and/or Quote. A $10 consultation fee is required at drop-off, covering the time spent discussing your scooter and preparing your quote. This fee is credited to your repair if you proceed. WARRANTY: Please give your scooter a test ride immediately after your pick-up. We do not offer a warranty on any parts or labor performed on your scooter. If there is an issue with your scooter regarding a repair that we performed, you must notify us within 48 hours of your pick-up. After 48 hours, we cannot determine if the issue is due to a misrepair on our part. After this period, any fault the scooter has is assumed to be related to user or scooter error. Within 1 week, you may bring your scooter back to be repaired at 50% of the original cost. After this time, no consideration will be given. PLEASE NOTE: By accepting this quote, you acknowledge and accept that unforeseen issues may arise and/or additional parts may be needed, potentially resulting in an overage of up to 50% of the total cost of the repair. We will do our best to inform you in advance as a courtesy; however, by accepting this quote, you agree and authorize up to $100 in additional parts and an additional repair cost up to 50% of the most recent price estimate. Due to the difficult nature of the repairs, the extra time may be used to research parts, call the company, etc. By continuing, you agree to these terms.
