GET IN TOUCH

Call, text, or email! We will ask you some questions about your PEV and the issue it's having. You can choose to schedule a Drop Off on your own, on the phone, or shoot us a text and we’ll schedule for you!

DROP OFF IN STORE

When you've arrived at your Drop Off location, the friendly store owners will be ready to greet you. Although they won't be able to answer any scooter related questions, after showing them your Drop Off confirmation email, they will happily accept your Drop Off.

REPAIR + INVOICE

Repair can sometimes be unpredictable, so we will always let you know of any changes right away. This may cause delays. Once your scooter has been repaired, you’ll be sent an Invoice. After the Invoice is paid, you’re good to schedule a Pick Up! Please do your best to pay the Invoice and pick up your scooter from the Store within 7 days.

Invoice paid? Check! Appointment scheduled? Check! After showing the store owners your payment confirmation, they’ll gladly help you Pick Up your scooter.

SCHEDULE A DROP OFF

Choose a time, date, and location. To add even more convenience, we have flexible options for hours and locations thanks to our local Partner Shops! Need a Pick Up or In-Home Service? That's an option!

DIAGNOSIS

Within 24 hours of a Drop Off, one of our Drivers or Mechanic will be by the store to pick up your scooter. You'll receive an email letting you know your PEV has been picked up and will be diagnosed shortly. Look out for a quote in your inbox!

SCHEDULING PICK UP

24 hours after an invoice is sent, your scooter will be available for pickup at the store you originally dropped off at. Again, as we try to be as courteous as possible to our store owners, please try to Pick Up your scooter within 7 days of being Invoiced. Charges may apply.

We believe in providing ease and convenience so that's why we offer this to our customers. If you would like to request an In-Home Service or At-Home Pick Up, that can be done using our Regular Booking Form.

5 / Fees & Other Charges

In addition to our Labor rate, there may be Fees and other Charges associated with your Repair or Diagnosis depending on where you decided to Drop Off. We will ALWAYS do our best to make you aware of these fees. Although we do not like imposing these Fees, it has become necessary in order to ensure we are continually able to provide a Quality service!
