Drop Off

Service Description

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be repairing scooters until Tuesday, September 5th. If you Drop Off your scooter we will not begin repair until then. You will not be charged a fee or deposit for a Drop Off. Labor is $110 per hour for electric scooters and $120 for mobility scooters. Note: There is a $10 convenience charge for the Minneapolis location and a $15 convenience charge for the Edina location. These charges are to cover the cost of transportation to and from our workshop in North Saint Paul.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE REPAIRING SCOOTERS UNTIL TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH. IF YOU DROP OFF YOUR SCOOTER WE WILL NOT BEGIN REPAIR UNTIL THEN. A Storefront Convenience charge, in Minneapolis ($10) and Edina ($15), in order to cover the cost of travel, may be applied to your Drop Off. A Drop Off at our North Saint Paul Workshop does not have a convenience charge. If you fail to respond or accept a Quote/Invoice within 72 hours, a STORAGE FEE of $1 PER DAY will be applied, beginning the day you were Quoted or Invoiced. If a scooter is not picked up within 7 days of being invoiced, you WILL be charged storage fees. To Cancel or Re-Schedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance otherwise $10 will be added to your total.
